The Swiss Cheese Plant earned its nickname honestly — those wide-form adansonii leaves come absolutely riddled with fenestrations, big oval holes that make every leaf look like modern art. The wide form gives you broader, showier leaves than the narrow type, and it climbs or trails however you let it.
I've grown plenty of these and they're one of the most satisfying monsteras for the money — fast, forgiving, and constantly pushing out those holey new leaves. I've got this one for sale in a 4" nursery pot. Train it up a coco pole for a dramatic climbing display, or let it cascade off a shelf. Either way it looks great.
Ships in its nursery pot, packed with care so it arrives looking like it just left the greenhouse. I ship nationwide from Winter Garden, Florida, and orders go out early in the week so your plant never sits in a box over the weekend.
Quick care:
- Light: Bright indirect light; tolerates lower light but grows slower.
- Water: Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry.
- Humidity: Prefers higher humidity but adapts fine to average indoor conditions.
